Back from Haiti

We are back now from Haiti.  Here is a photo of our group with the orphans as we say goodbye.  Thank you everyone for praying for us!

Here is a video of the children thanking us for visiting them and thanking my daughter Jenny for all that her organization, Hearts Helping Haiti, has done for them.  They are so happy!  I miss them already!

Off again to Haiti from March 6th to the 13th

There will be 11 of us traveling on March 6th to visit orphanages in Port Au Prince, Haiti to deliver donations that have filled 24 army duffle bags and suitcases. My daughter's Non-profit organization, Hearts Helping Haiti, makes 2 missions trips per year to help orphans in Port Au Prince. Due to my absence, no orders will be mailed until we return on Mar. 13th. All orders will be mailed in the order that they were received. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone! Please pray for us and keep us in your prayers every day as we do God's Will.
Sending Smiles, Lisa

Now in stock, the Tim Holtz Clip Carousel

Here is the NEW Tim Holtz Clip Carousel which is alot like the 7 Gypsies ATC Photo Display that was discontinued years ago.  The clips are exactly the same and I think this is an amazing carousel to display your ATCs and other artwork.

Melissa Lambert tells you about this month's kit

Watch as Melissa describes this month's fabric and burlap ATC.  She records this in real time so you can follow along with her when you are making your ATC from this kit.

March 2015 Artist Trading Card Kit of the Month

Here is the March ATC kit of the Month.  It is a fabric ATC kit with a burlap piece to create a pocket.

This is what is included in this month's kit:
1 - 2 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 in. fabric ATC with a yellow and blue floral pattern.  The fabric has been stiffened and can easily be glued onto the white ATC card included in this kit.
1 - 1/2 of a burlap 2 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 in. ATC that has been cut in half.  The burlap piece has also been stiffened.  This is to create a pocket for your ATC.  Glue the 3 edges of the burlap ATC pocket, leaving the top open to create your pocket.
1 - vintage image of a little girl peacefully resting.  The flowers in her hair have been tinted yellow and blue to match the colors of the flowers in the fabric ATC.  This image has been professionally printed for you.
1 - royal blue piece of cardstock.  You can use this as a mat for the vintage collage image.
1 - piece of vintage crocheted cream ribbon to use to decorate the top of the burlap pocket.
1 - piece of yellow and white baker's twine
3 - silk flowers.  2 yellow flowers and 1 blue flower.  You can layer the flowers if you like.  I have included a gold brad so you can put the brad through the holes of the flowers and put the golden flower gem on top to cover the brad.  The photo below shows what I have done.
1 - golden flower gem with adhesive
1 - gold brad
1 - silver oval charm that says "peace"
1 - Clear ATC sleeve

This is a photo of what I have done with the baker's twine, the 3 flowers, the brad, the yellow gem and the charm included in the kit.   You can then glue this to your ATC pocket.
