November Artist Trading Card Kit of the Month 2020

Mummy ATC from October ATC Kit of the Month

Here is the mummy ATC that I created using this month's Halloween themed Artist Trading Card Kit. First picture shows the ATC closed and the second picture shows you the inside. I love the hinge how it opens the casket to reveal what's inside. Enjoy and get inspired!

Hip Replacement :(

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am finally having my hip replacement surgery on Monday, May 4th. I originally had it scheduled for March 17th, but the Coronavirus put a stop to that, but now I am back on the calendar!!  As when I had my open heart surgery last April, I will still have the online store up and running.  You can create an account, log in and out of your account, fill your shopping cart with all kinds of goodies, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK OUT!!!  VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW THAT!!!  So if you try and checkout, please don't be concerned when your payment does not process through; it's not suppose to.  Also, as with my open heart surgery, I wasn't down for long.  Give me a few days to figure out the walker and all and I will be back in business!  I will post here, on our Facebook page, as well as our online store homepage.  Wish me luck, in 6 weeks I have the other one done!

This month's kit is a vintage toy themed kit.  I got this idea from one of my customers and when I found the paper I knew this would be one of our future kits.   This is a foldable ATC so that you can create an opening toy box, with toys inside.

Happy Halloween! 2 ATCs for you!

Here are the two artist trading cards that I made using this month's kit.  Wow, just in time for Halloween!  I created both of these ATCs using just one kit and had some extra goodies left over.  One is a tombstone ATC and the other is a haunted house ATC.  Both of these were made with the templates included in this kit.  Enjoy!!

Halloween ATC Kit for October 2019

1 - 3 in. x 4 in. piece of Authentique Paper's Double-Sided Twilight Collection - Twilight Pumpkin
1 - 3 in. x 4 in. piece of Authentique Paper's Double-Sided Twilight Collection - Black and Orange Web
1 - 2 1/2 in. x 3 1/2 in. ATC - Bazzill orange paper - Pumpkin Patch
1 - 2 in. x 3 in. piece cut from American Crafts - 320470 Black with grey skull
1 - 3 in. wide piece of kraft c-flute corregated paper
1 - 1 in. x 4 in. piece Bazzill Pearl paper - Blank Check
1 - 1/2 in. x 4 in. piece of Core'dinations Black Magic Sandable Paper - Abracadabra.. When this paper is sanded it will bring out the white which is underneath
1 - American Crafts - 348957 Black background with white ghosts.  2 ghost will be cut from this for you.
1 - Haunted house ATC shaped template with the Man in the Moon rising in the background
1 - tombstone shaped ATC template
1 - 1/2 of a die cut black spiders web
1 - collage image of a Halloween boy that is scared, sized to fit on the front of the tombstone ATC
1 - collage image of a woman in a web; sized to fit inside the door of the haunted house ATC
1 - rubber spider
1 - silver spider charm
1 - piece of black waxed linen to use for the spider so it looks like he is coming down your card
1 - googlie eyes; glue these to the rubber spider or have them peering out the window of your house
1 - piece of interfacing which looks like a spider's web
1 - cream colored ribbon piece that says, "EEK!"
1 - piece of orange ribbon with black edges that has owls and bats on it
1 - additional piece of ribbon;  it will be white with black spider webs or black with orange pumpkins (one will be included in the kit, and not both).
1 - ATC sleeve
